This Partner Privacy Notice applies specifically to the onboarding, processing, and management of data collected during the VNClagoon Partner Portal registration (https://partners.vnclagoon.com/auth/register).

1. Collected Partner Information

During your registration as a VNC Partner, we collect personal and corporate metadata including: full name, corporate email address, organization name, partner tier, country of operations, key industry focus, and targeted software modules of interest.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

We process this corporate partner data to:

(a) evaluate and verify suitability for the VNClagoon partner ecosystem;
(b) deliver partner portal access and enablement materials;
(c) process lead registrations, joint sales pipelines, and reseller commissions; and
(d) compile directory entries for our official partner-locator systems.

3. Sharing and International Transfers

To execute global partnership activities, your partner registration credentials may be accessed by VNC affiliates in Switzerland, Germany, and globally. All international transfers are safeguarded under standard contractual clauses (SCCs) to ensure equivalent data protection levels.
